Waist-length : 7.5
Full length: 19
Or
Take the desired measurement and make the draft according to the below method:
For this measurement, we will take the cloth measuring 30 in x 8.5 in, fold the cloth width-wise in 4 layers measuring 7.5 x 8.5.
0-1 = waist length = 7.5
0-2 = 1/4 chest - 1/2 inch = 5.5 - 0.5 = 5
2-3 = 1/4 chest + 1 inch = 5.5 + 1 = 6.5
1-12 = 2-3 - 0.5 = 6.5 - 0.5 = 6 (optional for kids)
0-4 = 1/6 chest = 3.5
